In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" refers to the beth7 website at beth7.cam, including all games, software, content, and services available therein, whether accessed via desktop, mobile browser, or any mobile application.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform, including the associated wallet and gaming history.
• "Wallet" refers to the Player's in-platform currency balance, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), funded by deposits and debited by wagers and withdrawals.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by beth7 to a Player, subject to separate bonus terms communicated at the time of offer.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by beth7 and PAGCOR before a Player may process their first withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under which beth7 operates.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the beth7 Platform and all games therein is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Beth7 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and to immediately suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings accumulated on an account where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. Beth7 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in jurisdictions outside the Philippines, and access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on beth7, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not register using a pseudonym, another person's details, or false information. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beth7 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Beth7 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication channel.

You must notify beth7 immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. Beth7 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or authenticator app. Beth7 may enforce mandatory 2FA for certain account activities, including high-value withdrawals, in accordance with its security policies.

Beth7 reserves the right to suspend, lock, or terminate any account where suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to: access from multiple geographic locations within a short period, login attempts from flagged IP addresses, or patterns consistent with account compromise.

4.1 Deposits

Beth7 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are communicated within the Platform's deposit interface. Beth7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are for gaming purposes only on the beth7 Platform. You confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate personal sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. Beth7 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and may report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to an account in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Beth7 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during standard processing hours; actual receipt of funds is subject to your payment provider's timeline.

Beth7 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purpose of fraud investigations, KYC compliance reviews, or verification of compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Where a withdrawal is delayed beyond standard processing times, beth7 will notify the affected Player through their registered contact details.

All bets placed on the beth7 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, as displayed within the respective game interface. These Terms operate in conjunction with, and do not supersede, game-specific rules. In the event of any conflict, game-specific rules apply.

A bet is final and irrevocable once it has been confirmed by the Platform's gaming system. Beth7 will not reverse confirmed wagers on grounds of player error, change of mind, or misunderstanding of game rules. All Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game prior to placing real-money wagers.

Beth7 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed, processed, or accepted in error due to a technical malfunction, software error, or pricing error on the Platform. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's wallet. No compensation beyond return of stake will be payable for voided bets arising from Platform errors.

Maximum bet limits apply across all game categories. Players who consistently wager at or near maximum limits may be subject to individual bet limits at beth7's discretion, as a responsible gaming and business risk management measure.

Beth7 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated clearly at the time of offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain games (for example, live dealer baccarat or low house edge games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward bonus wagering requirements, as specified in the individual bonus terms.

Beth7 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim introductory offers; using hedging strategies, matched betting, or low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other players; and exploiting software errors or pricing anomalies. Where bonus abuse is detected, beth7 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

Beth7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for reviewing the current terms of any promotion before opting in.

Players using the beth7 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity prohibited under Philippine law;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any form of software automation to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — any such error must be reported to beth7 support immediately;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or coordinating game outcomes through any means;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit through your payment provider after funds have been credited to your bet7 wallet;
• Reselling, transferring, or commercially exploiting your account or any Platform content;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing beth7 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Beth7 reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balance associated with that account where the balance was accumulated through prohibited activity.

Beth7 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices across its Platform. Online gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties, and it carries the risk of financial loss.

Beth7 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time through your Account Settings panel:

• Daily Deposit Limits — a self-imposed cap on the total amount deposited per 24-hour period;
• Weekly Loss Limits — an automatic session suspension upon reaching a self-set net loss threshold for the week;
• Session Time Reminders — notifications after a specified period of continuous gaming activity;
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen notifications displaying time played and net session result;
• Cooling-Off Periods — voluntary short-term account suspension, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion — a minimum 6-month full account lock that takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Beth7 will never market to a Player who is under self-exclusion or cooling-off. If you believe you are receiving marketing communications in error during an exclusion period, contact beth7 support immediately so the matter can be investigated and corrected.

All content on the beth7 Platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, visual interfaces, text, trade names, and domain names, is owned by or licensed to beth7 and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, modifying, distributing, selling, reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise exploiting any Platform content.

The "beth7" name and associated logos are proprietary trademarks of the Company. You may not use these marks in any manner without the prior written consent of beth7.

The beth7 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, beth7 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Beth7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game thereon; (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account; (d) any loss of gaming data or account history; or (e) any other matter arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Beth7's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not, in any event, exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim, or PHP 50,000, whichever is lower. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

Beth7 is not responsible for any third-party payment processing delays, GCash or Maya service outages, or any failure of third-party game software providers to deliver game content as expected.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your Account, a game result, a payment transaction, or these Terms, you must first contact beth7 Customer Support through the Platform's live chat function, providing full details of your complaint.

Beth7 targets acknowledgment of all disputes within 24 hours and resolution within 10 business days of receipt of complete information from the Player. Where additional time is required for investigation — for example, where game audit data must be retrieved from a third-party provider — beth7 will update the Player on progress within the 10-business-day period.

If you remain unsatisfied with beth7's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint process. PAGCOR's determination on disputes within its regulatory jurisdiction is final and binding on both the Player and beth7.

Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction, and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Beth7 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, including as required by changes in applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or Platform operational needs. When material changes are made, beth7 will notify registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent in-Platform notification, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may contact beth7 to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to: the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), relevant PAGCOR regulatory issuances, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law that cannot be waived by contract.
